- "Life on the Line" is the story of the sports betting experience in Las Vegas during the biggest betting event of the year – the week leading up to and including Super Bowl. The film focuses on two professional gamblers, Teddy “Covers” Sevransky and John Netto, and juxtaposes their methodical approach against the casual “square” bettor who comes in for the weekend to get some action on the big game. The similarities between the two businesses are striking, and he is a six-figure bettor in addition to his income on the trading floor. We follow these two as they prepare for Super Bowl Sunday.
